The Ribbon Mom strives to bring you top quality products at extraordinary prices. To maintain the exceptional pricing we offer, we must ask that all customers understand and comply with our policies. Exchange Policy:

Personalized items can not be returned or exchanged.  However, if we make a mistake in printing your order, we will fix it, guaranteed!  Please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your order at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

 

Canceling an Order:

If you need to cancel your order, we must receive a written cancellation notice via email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  Once received, there will be no charge if the order has not gone to production and you are ordering an in stock ribbon.

If your order has gone to production, a $10.00 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.

If ordering a "non-stock" ribbon or a quantity greater than 300 yards, a $10.00 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card if the cancellation notice is received more than 24 hours after your order is placed.

 

Order Processing:

Whether buying for yourself or as a gift, we want to make sure you have your item(s) when you need them. Please remember, "in-house" processing time does not include shipping time.  To help you plan accordingly, please note our estimated in-house processing times:

 

In-stock ribbons, 5-10 business days.
Special Order ribbons, 3-4 weeks.
Rush Orders: In-stock ribbons only, 3-5 business days, $1.00/yard additional fee. 
If a ribbon is sold out or "low stock", we will notify you within 24 hours.

 

November 30 is our cutoff date for placing online orders for Christmas delivery.  All orders placed after November 30 will be processed when we reopen in January.

Shipping:

The Ribbon Mom ships within the US only and ships all packages via priority mail. Insurance is available for an additional charge. If you choose not to purchase insurance, no coverage for loss or damage during shipping will be provided. The purchaser assumes all liability for lost or damaged packages without insurance. Once shipped, priority mail typically takes 2-3 business days.  Shipping time is in addition to in house processing time.

 

All packages shipping to an APO will not be processed through our normal shipping channels and will take additional time to process. Due to this, we can not accept rush orders going to an APO.  Please contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. The Ribbon Mom closes for the holidays every year from December 15 to January 5.
